Despite sleeping almost 12 hours last night (yeah, you read that right) I am still exhausted today. I seriously thought about skipping my lunchtime workout and taking a nap, but instead I popped a zyrtec and hit the gym. Today I stuck to the treadmill again, running 2 minute intervals (run 2, walk 1) which makes the time pass quickly.
I am in a sleepy slump and just want to eat chocolate and watch Parks and Rec all afternoon… but I need to get back to work and will hopefully be satisfied with my fun-sized crunch bar.
